LINK CAMPUS UNIVERSITY
A magnificent historical complex in the center of Rome, the Casale di San Pio V was built in the middle of the sixteenth century on behalf of Pope Ghisleri. He made it his festive residence but, at the beginning of the twentieth century, it became the home of the first school for the blind. During that time Queen Margaret called on Augusto Romagnoli, a pioneer of education to specifically design a model for blind pupils. In this facility, you can follow the lessons and find our offices in the administrative, student life, communication & marketing departments.
LCU was founded with a mission: to create an international imprint by linking students from different nations and cultures in a shared university experience. Till today, it has remained true to its history and its international calling.
The University combines the English system’s educational strategies with Italian culture and teaching methods.
IN THE HEART OF ROME
Link Campus University is situated in a magnificent historical complex. The main building – the Manor of San Pio V – is immersed in a wonderful park located not far from the centre of Rome, right next door to the Vatican City. The manor building was commissioned by the newly elected Pope V, Antonio Ghislieri. Upon completion of the building in 1567, he made it his summer residence.
The teaching method at Link Campus is integrated. Lectures are accompanied by interactive activities such as strategic conversations, debates, and discussions on emerging themes in the public sphere. Working labs, targeted workshops, immersion mix sessions, interdisciplinary meetings, and learning global journey sessions, provide valuable educational opportunities aimed at supporting students’ futures in the professional world.
The Ancient Library
The Ancient Library hosts major conferences, high profile events and dissertation defence.
Located in the very center of the Manor of San Pio V is the Gymnasium which can accommodate up to 250 people during seminars and conferences.
Our Study Room is a place where our students can really concentrate on their studies. It has all the necessary facilities including a Computer Lab open until 8 p.m.
Immersed in green, the university’s central square is located in front of the Gymnasium between the Romagnoli building and the Manor. For our students it is one of the many favourite outdoor meeting points.
Link Campus’s Art Café is located within the Manor of San Pio V. Where our students and staff can have lunch to relax.
