On campus programs at the Soccer Management Institute include a 1 year Master’s Degree in Sports Management & Coaching powered by Rome City Institute as well as the Coach experience, a very flexible and unique program where coaches can learn first hand from a top class coaching staff and faculty. We also feature Master Classes by guest speakers who occupy key positions within the different areas of the sports industry.
All of our degree programs are accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education. With an accredited Italian degree, you will earn a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree that will be recognized worldwide for both entering the job industry and higher education.
A student or professional who has earned academic or professional degrees in Italy has the right to have them recognized in the foreign country to which he or she goes for study or work. An international degree will be a plus in your future career that can guarantee you more opportunities on your path to success.

We serve as a platform between students and the soccer industry. Many soccer organizations and businesses with job opening turn to us when they search for candidates.
Under the direction of Director of Coaching and World Cup winner Marco Materazzi, SMI created its own soccer methodology. We are able to offer the best soccer experience in Italy because of our numerous affiliations with top clubs and leagues, including the Italian Serie A. Our team is made up of UEFA coaches with years of expertise at the top level who speak several languages. Additionally, SMI invites sports students from all over the world to study at a university situated in the center of Rome. With the help of one of our own Academic Directors and Serie A Coach, Antonio Cincotta, we work to transfer our knowledge from the classroom to the playing field.
